Lawyer, Economist, and Sociologist. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, the Faculty of Canon Law at the same university, the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology at the University of Warsaw (Sociology), as well as the German Law School at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also completed postgraduate studies in Criminal Fiscal and Economic Law at the Jagiellonian University.
He studied at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main (Sociology) and completed courses organized by the University of Tartu (Martens Summer School on International Law), the University of Ljubljana (Ljubljana Doctoral Summer School in empirical methods for economic analysis), and the University of Oxford (International Human Rights Law Summer School).
In 2016, he obtained the title of Magister Legum (LL.M.) in German and European Law from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. He is also a graduate of the European Master in Law and Economics program (Erasmus University Rotterdam and Universität Hamburg) and a participant in the Polish-American Leadership Academy. He practices as an attorney.
He gained professional experience in Poland, working in common courts and law firms, as well as in Germany, at the headquarters of Deutsche Telekom in Bonn. For years, he has been involved in various initiatives aimed at human rights protection, legal education, and providing assistance to underprivileged individuals.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and the University of Law in London, she also studied European, German property, and commercial law at the Technische Universität Dresden as part of the Erasmus Program.
Since 2008, she has specialized in intellectual property law and continuously enhances her expertise in this area. In 2021, she completed postgraduate studies in “New Technology Law” at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. She practices as a solicitor in England and Wales, a patent attorney, and represents clients as a foreign lawyer registered with the Warsaw Bar Association of Legal Advisors.
She is a qualified representative before both the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO). Her professional experience spans Poland, London, Silicon Valley (USA), and Bangalore (India), where she worked at international law firms specializing in intellectual property law, litigation, and commercial law. She has represented clients before Polish courts and intellectual property offices in Poland, the UK, and the EU. For many years, she has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at protecting human rights, promoting legal education, and providing support to underprivileged individuals.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law at Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
Since 2018, she has been gaining practical experience in the fields of intellectual property, tax regulations, EU-funded projects, and various aspects of commercial contracts at DMT Holding S.A. in Kraków. She has also built her professional experience working in the litigation and arbitration team at the Warsaw-based law firm JDP Drapała & Partners.
In addition to her work at well-established companies, she has contributed to the early stages of several startups in both Kraków and Warsaw.
She is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in International Business Management at a Warsaw-based university and is preparing for the entrance exams for legal training, which will take place in September 2023.
She is fluent in both Polish and English. In her free time, she enjoys programming and developing mobile applications for iOS users.
